Wolf Creek Rod Works

Custom Street Rods and Vintage Land Cruisers

About Us

The original company was founded in 1996 by Don Haywood when he lived in Northern California.  Upon relocating to the four corners area of South West Colorado in 2004, he renamed the company Wolf Creek Rod Works after the beautiful Wolf Creek Pass area located nearby the business.

Don has built and owned hot rods and rock crawling four-wheelers for over Thirty-five years.  Always dissatisfied with the status quo, Don was always modifying and improving the vehicles he owned.  His garage shop soon became the neighborhood hang out for friends with streetrods, hotrods and off road vehicles in need of repair, improvement or the owner just needed some sound advise.  After completing a career in an agricultural related business, Don now devotes full time to Wolf Creek Rod Works.

Wolf Creek Rod Works now provides hand crafted, top-notch Quality Street Rods and vintage landcruisers, built to your specifications, directly by Don or under his immediate hand's on supervision.  The company also provides rodders in the Four Corners area a place to get modifications or improvements done on their rod or custom.  Top quality workmanship, using top quality parts, along with great customer support provide local rodders a combination that can't be beat!

Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Wolf Creek Rod Works has established a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime!
